"Hey girly what a hell of a year it's been, I received your package today and I was only expecting the shirt but it's as if you knew exactly what I needed to hear. I hung the photo up on my wall in my room even though I know I'm never going to forget what you've done for me.

You gave me hope when I had just about given up, my injuries had sidelined me for years. After battling my weight for pretty much my whole life i had to start back at square one. When I met you at the fit expo a few years ago, I never thought I'd ever see or hear from you again. "This training and coaching has changed my outlook on fitness and in life. I used to eat 1200 calories a day and do hours of cardio. This is how I used to live. Scared of food, unhealthy. This is when I knew I needed guidance.

Brittany Coutu has been my coach since July 2018. In this time we have accomplished many wonderful things. She is very patient, attentive, and caring. "In 2015 I met a young women at the gym who seemed to have attained everything that I wanted to with my own physique. She had participated in several bikini competitions placing second and third in the world in two of them. When I decided to compete I knew that there was one person that I wanted to help me achieve my goals and that was Brittany Coutu.

She proved to not only be an amazing coach in fitness but also a continuing inspiration in my goals and desires to help others with fitness as well. Through her coaching I learned how to be disciplined but still have balance in my life and be able to enjoy my friends and family while maintaining my achieved fitness goals.
